Community Foundation Welcomes Ryan Bille as Finance Director

The Community Foundation of the Northern Alleghenies is pleased to announce the hiring of Ryan Bille as Finance Director.
Ryan joined the Foundation after earning a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Slippery Rock University. A graduate of St. Marys Area High School, Ryan brings both strong financial expertise and a deep connection to the community he proudly calls home.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ryan worked with the St. Marys Public Library, St. Marys Historical Society, and St. Marys Parks and Recreation. His commitment to serving the local community has been evident throughout his academic and professional journey.
While attending Slippery Rock University, Ryan served for two years as President and Founder of the University’s student-managed investment fund. In this leadership role, he coordinated investment research, portfolio management, and financial analysis, gaining valuable experience that prepared him for a career in financial stewardship and nonprofit administration.
As Finance Director, Ryan supports the Foundation’s mission through financial stewardship, fund administration, reporting, and operational management. He values the responsible stewardship of charitable resources and the opportunity to help create lasting impact through the Elk County Community Foundation, McKean County Community Foundation, and the many communities and charitable causes supported by the Foundation throughout the region.
“One of the greatest opportunities we have as a region is to encourage talented young people to return to our communities and build their careers in the places that helped shape them,” said Tiffany Boschert, Executive Director of the Community Foundation of the Northern Alleghenies. “Ryan’s story is a wonderful example of that. His education, leadership experience, and commitment to this community make him an outstanding addition to our team. We are proud to welcome him back to St. Marys and excited for the impact he will have on our donors, fundholders, and the communities we serve throughout the region.”
Ryan’s story reflects the importance of investing in local students and future leaders. As a graduate of St. Marys Area High School and a participant in programs supported by the Stackpole-Hall Foundation, Ryan benefited from opportunities designed to help young people grow, succeed, and ultimately contribute to the communities they call home. The Community Foundation is proud to continue partnering with the Stackpole-Hall Foundation through initiatives such as its summer student program, helping cultivate the next generation of leaders throughout the region.
The Community Foundation of the Northern Alleghenies oversees charitable funds established by individuals, families, businesses, and organizations to support causes that improve quality of life throughout the region. Through grantmaking, scholarships, and philanthropic partnerships, the Foundation works to create lasting impact for current and future generations.
