I had the honor of recognizing local veteran Robert Bardo at last Thursday’s Veterans’ Breakfast in celebration of his 95th birthday!

Born on Oct. 17, 1931, in Jersey Shore, Mr. Bardo now resides in Alba. He is deeply loved and respected by his family and is the proud father of three children, 11 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

It was truly a privilege to honor Mr. Bardo, celebrate this incredible milestone, and recognize his service to our country.

Please join me in congratulating Mr. Bardo on his 95th birthday and thanking him for his service to our nation. Happy birthday, and thank you for your service, Mr. Bardo!
