ESTOWN, PA – C&N welcomes William F. (Bill) Van Sant, III to the C&N team as Executive Vice President & Chief Wealth Officer based in Doylestown. In his role, Bill will lead the C&N Wealth Management strategy with a focus on growth, client experience and relationship-driven culture.  

  Bill brings more than 20 years of wealth management leadership experience within the regional banking industry. His background leading integrated investment, trust and financial planning services as an Executive Vice President and Managing Director makes him well-suited for this role. 

  Bill is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with additional credentials including AIF® and CEPA®. Recognized for developing high-performing teams, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships and aligning strategies with long-term, sustainable growth, he will lead the development and execution of C&N Wealth Management’s strategy. Bill will focus on driving growth, enhancing client experience and strengthening collaboration across retail, commercial and wealth divisions through relationship-building. He will also guide the wealth team in delivering comprehensive, client-focused solutions that support both client success and C&N’s broader strategic goals.
