Bradford Police Arrest Man on Warrant After Domestic
On March 2nd, 2023 at approximately 2246 hrs City of Bradford Police were dispatched to 138 East Avenue for a domestic disturbance in progress between and male and female. Upon arrival Officers located Justin Anderson hiding in the woods behind the residence and determined he had an active McKean County Bench Warrant for possession of controlled substances.
Anderson was taken into custody and transported to the McKean County Jail.

Olean Traffic Stop Nets Arrest For Cocaine Possession

The Olean Police Departments Street Crimes Unit, assisted by Patrol, arrested 37 year old Chauncy J. Robinson of 10 Hampton Lane, Fairport N.Y. last night at 8:15 p.m. after a motor vehicle stop on Rt. 16.
Robinson was taken into custody for an outstanding Bench warrant on a previous charge of Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Robinson was also charged with Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 3rd. degree (B Felony) for possessing 41 Grams of Cocaine. Approximately $4800.00 cash was also seized during this arrest. Robinson is being held in City lockup awaiting arraignment.

Wellsville Police arrested Nathan D. Miller, age 21 of Wellsville, charging him with Rape 2nd (Class D Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on Madison Street in January of 2020.
Miller was also charged with Rape 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child for an incident that took place on East Dyke Street in July of 2022.
Miller was processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Graves. Miller was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $20,000.00 cash bail, or $40,000.00 property bond or $200,000.00 partially secured bond. Miller is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 7th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police were assisted by the New York State Police with the investigation.
