Free Programs June 26 & 27 At Lyman Run State Park

Try Your Hand at History: Pen and Ink of the Declaration
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM | Picnic Tables by the Beach
The Declaration of Independence wouldn’t exist without pen and ink! Make a quill pen and some iron oak gall ink and try your hand at writing the 1776 way. Best for ages 8 through adult.
Program will move to the Schott Pavilion in the Daggett Day Use Area in the event of rain.

Creek Critters Day Camp
10 AM – 12 PM | Schott Pavilion in the Daggett Day Use Area
Ages 6 – 10. Drop off program.

Turtle Craft at the Beach
2 PM – 3 PM | Picnic Tables by the Beach
Stop by any time from 2 PM to 3 PM to learn all about the turtles that live at Lyman Run Lake, and make a turtle craft to take home. Best for kids ages 3 to 8 and their adults.
Program will move to the Schott Pavilion in the Daggett Day Use Area in the event of rain.
