The Coudersport Rotary Club Continues Its Commitment To The Community

The Coudersport Rotary Club continues its commitment to the community by assisting with park upkeep in conjunction with the Coudersport Borough at Mitchell and CARP parks.
Last week, Rotarians Greg Brink and Penny Thomas began preparations for repainting the playground equipment at Mitchell Park by scraping and cleaning the structures to ensure a quality finish.
On Saturday, June 13, 2026, Rotarians Greg Brink, Jim Babcock, Penny Thomas, Brad Rinehart, Deb Rinehart, Jared Empson, Bob Kuhl, and prospective Rotarian Mandy Andreano gathered at Mitchell Park to complete the painting project.
In recognition of the 250th anniversary of the United States, the volunteers selected a patriotic red, white, and blue color scheme for the playground equipment, giving the park a fresh appearance while celebrating the nation’s historic milestone.
The project is part of the Rotary Club’s ongoing efforts to support park upkeep in conjunction with the Coudersport Borough and to help maintain attractive recreational spaces for area families and visitors.
In the coming weeks, Rotary Club members plan to continue their park improvement efforts by repainting playground equipment at CARP.
The Coudersport Rotary Club welcomes community members interested in learning more about Rotary and its service projects throughout Potter County.
