DESCRIPTION: * WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 5 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will cause blowing and drifting
snow.

* WHERE…All of Western New York.

* WHEN…From noon today to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes.

INSTRUCTIONS: Periods of snow will result in snow-covered roads and limited
visibility. Slow down and use caution while driving.
