* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below expected.

* WHERE…Cameron, Elk, McKean, Northern Clinton, Potter, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN…From 9 PM Monday to 11 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
