We encourage eligible businesses and community partners to register and learn how the PA Route 6 Façade Program can help enhance commercial properties and support vibrant downtowns throughout the corridor. We look forward to seeing you online!

About the Program:

• Commercial building owners (or businesses/nonprofits with property-owner approval) may apply
• Maximum award of $5,000 per business owner
• 1:1 matching funds required from each recipient
• Businesses may be located anywhere in Warren or McKean counties
• Improvements must be to the building façade (front exterior that is visible from the road)
• Examples of eligible projects include, but are not limited to: exterior paint, new signage, and canvas awning replacement
• Applications open July 6, 2026
• Application deadline August 17, 2026

Interested applicants must pre-register and attend one public meeting before submitting their application.
