Thomas L. MANNING, 60, of Port Allegany, PA, died Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in his home. Born July 8, 1966, in Blossburg, he was the son of Lewis Ray and Eleanor Lorraine Manley Manning. On October 23, 1993, in Roulette, he married Wendy Rees, who survives.
A 1984 graduate of Port Allegany High School, he served with the Civil Air Patrol. Tom worked as a logger for many years. He was a member of Star Hose Company #1 in Port Allegany and a former member of the Roulette Fire Company. An outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and riding motorcycles.
Surviving, besides his wife, Wendy, are: two sons, Stephen (Barbara) Manning of Binghamton, NY and Jacob Manning of Port Allegany; two grandsons, Brodie Manning and Bentley Manning; a brother, Terry R. (Debbie) Manning of Gettysburg; a sister, Cheryl K. (Michael) Nasto of Port Allegany; two aunts, Betty Kinsman of Albuquerque, NM and Ann Sisson of Lima, NY; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents.
Friends may call at Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Switzer Chapel, 77 Willow Street, Port Allegany, PA on Sunday, September 20, 2026 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM, with Funeral Services following at 4:00 PM. Rev. Joann Piatko will officiate. Burial will be in Hill Cemetery, Roulette. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
