Honoring Agriculture Teachers: On Thursday, we recognized the contributions of the men and women who cultivate the next generation of agricultural leaders during National Teach Ag Day. I was pleased to introduce a resolution with my colleagues to honor the teachers who encourage younger generations to participate in agriculture, which is an investment in our future and national security. As Chairman of the House Committee on Agriculture, it’s an honor to work with teachers who are committed to the success of the industry, and to ensuring future producers have the necessary skills to thrive. Thank you to all the Ag teachers across the country who help support our nation’s farmers, ranchers, foresters, and producers.
