Patricia A. Craker, 63, of Bradford, passed away at her residence on Monday evening, July 20, 2026, with her loving family by her side, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born on July 1, 1963, in Warren, she is a daughter of Francis and Joyce (Groves) Cracker, of Reynoldsville. She was a 1981 graduate of Bradford Area High School.

Patty worked as a baker at Sal’s and Sons, Parkview Supermarket, and Costa’s Grocery Store in Smethport, and until her death she worked in the bakery at Walmart.  At work, she was known as “Patty Cakes”.

Patty loved knitting, crocheting, and baking, especially at Christmas time.  

Surviving is her companion of 40 years, Richard D. Distrola, one daughter Suzanne (Jimmy) Hernandez, of Eldred, one son, Nicholas Distrola, of Bradford, three step-daughters, Dawn (Doug) Stidd, Linda (Riley) Martinka, and Jennifer Distrola, all of Salem, OR, two sisters, Donna Craker, of Tyrone, and Kelly (Rob) Haines, of Reynoldsville, one brother, Jim (Heather) Craker, of Reynoldsville, five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Ashley T Distrola, who died April 27, 2004,

A Celebration of Patty’s life will be held later for the family.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
