Causer to Seek Re-Election to State House

BRADFORD – State Representative Marty Causer (R-Cameron/McKean/Potter) has announced he will seek re-election to continue his service to the people of the 67th Legislative District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
“Now more than ever, the rural perspective needs to be heard loud and clear at the state capitol. I am the experienced leader to deliver that message and get results for our district,” Causer said. “I am committed to fighting for our schools, jobs, health care and Second Amendment rights. I am equally committed to standing against the higher taxes, unconstitutional mandates and bigger government that are holding our state and region back.”
Recognizing the impact higher energy costs are having on people’s day-to-day expenses, Causer is using his role as Republican Chairman of the House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee to fight back against unfounded attacks on the energy industry and advocate for responsible use of the region’s natural resources as a means to grow jobs and economic opportunity locally and across the state.
“Pennsylvania can be an energy powerhouse if given the opportunity to grow,” Causer said. “Capitalizing on this opportunity is vital to the future of our state and nation.”
