* At 1006 PM EDT, Heavy rain has moved out of the warned area, but water continues to rise and multiple roads have been washed out or remain flooded.
HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

Cameron, Savona, Greenwood, Hammondsport, Hartsville, West Cameron, Kanona, Haskinville, Rheims, Prattsburg, Sonora and Wheeler.
INSTRUCTIONS: Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
