At 2:26 PM on Tuesday, Coudersport Ambulance dispatched to Rt. 6 West for a diabetic emergency.

9400 ROUTE 249, Apt , DEERFIELD

Dept 6,5,18,26, Wellsboro ALS dispatched for a mva on rt 249 north in the s curves. Chief 6 arrived on scene reporting one vehicle on its roof with one patient outside the vehicle. Due to the circumstances of the wreck command requested a helicopter be placed on standby by. Upon further evaluation from emts and Paramedic B. Skelton on scene and consulting with micu 4 that was en route it was determined that flying the patient was in the best interest of the patient. The landing zone was set for the ball fields at elkland. Units remained on scene to assist psp and whites towing with traffic control. Units responding from dept 5 were Chief 5, Chief 5-10, Chief 5-20, Squad 5-18, Patrol 5-4. 18-7 responded as well as 26-17

At 1:45 PM on Tuesday, Coudersport ambulance has been called to Sweden Valley Manor for unresponsive patient.

At 1:18 PM on Tuesday, Nelson & Elkland have been dispatched to Rt. 49 & Barney Hill Road in Nelson Township for a motorcycle/vehicle crash with one injury. Patient lying in roadway. Car involved has left the scene going toward Elkland.

At 1:13 PM on Tuesday, St. Marys Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 1109 Million Dollar Highway for a 2 vehicle crash with possible entrapment.

At 12:37 PM on Tuesday, Austin Ambulance has been dispatched to a vehicle headed north toward Austin with difficulty breathing. Vehicle now at Austin Firehall.

At 11:59 AM on Tuesday, Coudersport Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 7 West Locust Street at the PennDOT building for a structure fire. Port Allegany dispatched for RIT. Reported to be in the welding shop. The building has been evacuated.

Roulette Engine & ambulance responding to scene. Austin dispatched for tanker.

On June 26 at 10:24 pm. Mansfield and serval mutual aide Fire Depts. were dispatched to Bradford Rd. in Sullivan Twp. for a possible structure fire that ended up being a controlled burn all units recalled

At 8:56 PM on Monday, Roulette ambulance has been dispatched to Kio Hollow Road in Pleasant Valley Township for difficulty breathing.

At 8:15 PM on Monday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to East Arnold Avenue for a patient assist.

At 2:59 PM on Monday, Westfield, Knoxville, Nelson & Valley Ambulance dispatched to a one vehicle crash at 9364 Rt. 249 in Deerfield Township. Driver is reported to be self extricated.

Aie medical requested.

At 1:21 PM on Monday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to East Maple Street for a male with difficulty breathing.

At 12:08 PM on Monday, Whitesville Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 9602 Rt. 248 for a cabin fire that is already on the ground. Caller concerned about fire spreading.

At 8:55 AM on Monday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to East Second Street for difficulty breathing.

At 6:15 AM on Monday, Roulette ambulance was dispatched to Atkins Road for a lift assist for a woman who had fallen.

At 3:00 AM on Monday, Allegany Fire Dept. & several mutual aid companies were dispatched to a fully involved house fire on 4 Mile Road.

At 1:35 PM on Sunday, Wellsboro & Middlebury have been dispatched to the intersection of Rt. 287 & Route 249 to meet a Teal Subaru Outback for a male victim of an accidental gunshot wound to the leg. Air Medical has been requested.

At 1:24 PM on Sunday, Highland Township Fire Dept. & Kane Ambulance have been dispatched to a trail near Owl’s Nest & Forest Road 339 for an ATV rollover accident. Male victim of rollover was then struck by a second ATV. He reportedly has head injuries.

2:36 PM–Transporting to LZ for air medical.

At 1:11 PM on Sunday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to North Union Street for difficulty breathing.

At 12:35 PM on Sunday, Bradford City Fire Dept. has been dispatched for a fire alarm at the YWCA on West Corydon Street.

On June 25 at 12:46 Liberty and Morris have been dispatched to assist state police with a search for a 46 year old male missing on an atv since 7:30 pm. on Brion Hill Rd. In Liberty Twp.

At 9:42 PM on Saturday, Lawrenceville, Tioga & Middlebury have been dispatched to a vehicle fire at 1585 Rt. 287.

Bradford City Firefighters

***WORKING FIRE***

At 0252 this morning City Fire was dispatched to 27 Walker Ave. for a structure fire.

City police arrived on scene first and reported a working fire with flames showing at the rear of the 1 story vacant structure. Captain 1-31 arrived on scene at 0256 and requested a second alarm bringing in off duty firefighters and BTVFD.

City firefighters made a quick hit on the fire as it began to spread to the rear of an occupied house on Jackson Avenue, saving that home.

Fire damage to the main fire building was limited to the rear at the area of origin. Captain 1-31(Tehle) had Walker Ave. command. City of Bradford Police and Bradford Township Volunteer Fire Department assisted on scene. City fire returned at 0420.

At 12:26 PM on Saturday, Lawrenceville, Tioga & Millerton fire departments have been dispatched to 142 Weaver Street in Lawrenceville for a house fire with flames showing. Caller outside with difficulty breathing. Reported to be the Slocum residence. Heavy smoke showing from second story.

Second Alarm issued. Mansfield, Elkland & Blossburg dispatched.

1:13 PM–Fire marshal requested. Red Cross requested for 2 adults & 6 dogs.

At 10:26 AM on Saturday, Bradford Township Fire & City Ambulance have been dispatched to a vehicle crash at 713 South Avenue near the Kwik Fill.

At 9:50 AM on Saturday, Bolivar ambulance has been dispatched to North Union Street in Shiglehouse.

At 9:45 AM on Saturday, Otto Township Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 733 Main Street for a vehicle crash.

At 2:33 PM on Friday, Wellsboro Fire Dept. has been called to Route 287 & Sweet Briar Road for a one vehicle crash.

On June 22 at 10:19 pm. Coudersport Fire and ambulance were dispatched to 431 Rt. 6 West for a Two Vehicle crash with unknown injuries
