Cuba Man Arrested For DUI

On September 30th, 2023 at approximately 4:57PM, following a report of an individual threatening to shoot an employee at a local business, Cuba Police arrested Gerald J. Zieja (50) of Cuba.
Zieja was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (Misdemeanor) and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .08% (Misdemeanor).
Zieja was processed and released to appear at a later date. Zieja is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
