At 11:07 AM on Wednesday, Kane Fire & Ambulance & Mt Jewett ambulance have been dispatched to 7292 Rt. 321 in front of the Shed Guy for a 2-vehicle crash with injuries.

11:15 AM–Wilcox Ambulance dispatched.

At 10:00 AM on Wednesday, Roulette Ambulance was called to Sartwell Creek Road for difficulty breathing.

At 11:17 PM on Tuesday, Wellsboro & Middlebury Fire Depts along with Elkland for RIT dispatched to a report of a house fire at 591 Ding Dang Road. Caller reports fire in the wall. Responder reports nothing showing from outside. Chimney fire with extension into the wall.

11:52 PM–REPORT FIRE OUT.

On September 26 at 7:08 pm, Millerton and Big Elm were dispatched to a two-pick-up truck crash on Farm View Rd. in Millerton with two head injuries all patients self-extricated.

At 6:06 PM on Tuesday, Bradford dispatched with Tower 1 to assist Salamanca with a house fire at 679 Front Street.

Killbuck Fire Dept. dispatched mutual aid to assist. Other mutual aid dispatched.

Reported to be a working house fire at this location.

At 5:40 PM on Tuesday, Shinglehouse Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 307 West Academy Street for an automatic structure fire alarm.

At 5:20 PM on Tuesday, Roulette Ambulance has been called to Third Street for a male with possible seizures.

At 3:50 PM on Tuesday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Foster Circle in Liberty Township for a child with a dog bite to the face.

On September 25 at 8:15 pm Millerton and Big Elm were Dispatched for a one-vehicle crash car is off the roadway and into a creek on Rt. 549

At 5:49 PM on Monday, Andover ambulance has been called to Tall Pines for a male injured in a dirt bike accident.

At 1:37 PM on Monday, Austin Ambulance has been dispatched to the School for a possible head injury.

On September 24 at 6:11 pm. Shinglehouse ambulance was dispatched to N. Lincoln St. for a woman unresponsive.

At 2:24 PM on Sunday, Coudersport ambulance has been called to South Main Street for a fall victim.

At 1:52 PM on Sunday, Friendship & Cuba Fire Depts. & EMS have been called to a house fire at 3 Maple Avenue in Friendship. Responder reports smoke showing from all eaves on 2-story home.

At 12:44 PM on Sunday, Coudersport ambulance has been called to Mapleview Lane for a possible CVA.

On September 24 Fire Fighters from Chatham Twp. and several mutual aid companies are still on the scene of an overnight house fire on Mosher Rd.

On September 24 at 1:11 am. Middlebury Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to a one-vehicle rollover crash with heavy entrapment near 602 Norris Brooke Rd. Wellsboro has also been dispatched

On September 23 at 11:28 Otto Fire and Bradford Ambulance were dispatched to a one-vehicle rollover crash with confinement on Summit Rd. and Looker Mountain Trail in Otto Twp.

On September 23 at 4:57 pm. Port Allegany Fire was dispatched to 751 E. Mill St. for a dump trailer on fire with contents endangering a structure

At 3:49 PM on Saturday, Coudersport Fire & EMS have been called to North Main Street for a natural gas leak in a building.

At 2:55 PM on Saturday, Harrison, Genesee & Ulysses Fire & EMS have been dispatched to Rt. 49 near the Pusher Siding Road for a one-vehicle crash.

The vehicle was reported in the ditch, unknown if injuries.

At 2:00 PM on Saturday, Fire & EMS are on the scene of a 3-vehicle crash on Rt. 16 in front of the Dollar General in Machias, NY. Use caution if driving that way.

At 1:40 PM on Saturday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to Port Motel for difficulty breathing.

On September 23rd at 10:26 am. Emporium fire and ambulance were dispatched to 1 West. Fourth St. for a two-vehicle crash with 3 possibly injured

At 7:54 PM on Friday, Elkland, Nelson & Lawrenceville with an ambulance dispatched to 9567 Rt. 49 for a vehicle that struck a guard rail with 2 injuries.

Both are reported self-extricated. The road is partially blocked.

At 4:41 PM on Friday, Roulette Ambulance has been called to North Street for a medical alarm activation. Unknown medical.

RECALLED-FALSE ALARM

At 4:20 PM on Friday, Coudersport ambulance has been dispatched for a psychiatric emergency.

At 4:00 PM on Friday, Mansfield & Big Elm Fire & EMS have been called to a vehicle crash at Rt. 549 & Hickory Road. Caller reports a vehicle hit a pole & rolled over. Two minors are involved with possibly minor injuries.

At 1:36 PM on Friday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to East Second Street for a man ill.
