At 1:45 AM on Monday, Port Allegany ambulance has been dispatched to North Open Brook Road for difficulty breathing.

On October 2 at 1:24 am Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to Sweden Valley Manor for a person fallen

On October 1 at 11:08 pm St Marys Fire and ambulance were dispatched for a two-vehicle head on crash on North Micheal St. with no injuries one vehicle is inoperable two officers are on scene

At 4:40 AM on Sunday, Genesee & Harrison Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a vehicle crash into a barn at 2681 Hickox-Ulysses Road in Bingham Township with injuries & entrapment. Four patients are reported. Ulysses ambulance dispatched. Wellsville Rescue 2 & 4 dispatched.

At 11:19 PM on Saturday, Otto Fire Dept. & Bradford City ambulance have been dispatched to 626 East Main Street for a motor vehicle accident.

On September 30 at 5:59 pm. Angelica Fire and Ambulance were dispatched for a rollover atv crash with injuries on East Rd. Air medical is on standby

At 3:38 PM on Saturday, 4 people have been involved in a Golf Kart Accident at 8729 Barber Road in Town of Rushford. Rushford Fire & EMS have been dispatched. There are three reporting injuries.

At 12:50 PM on Saturday, Portville ambulance has been called to Portville-Obi Road for a female struck by an air conditioner.

At 12:43 PM on Saturday, Scio Fire & Wellsville ambulance have been called to Rt. 19 & River Street for a 2 vehicle crash with one reported injury.

At 12:20 PM on Saturday, Port Allegany Fire Dept. has been dispatched to their station on Maple Street for an automatic fire alarm.

At 11:18 AM on Saturday, Cuba Fire Dept. dispatched to a smoldering grass fire near a barn at 9745 West Cuba Road.

On September 30 at 7:51 am. Middlebury was dispatched for a water truck rollover crash on Norris Brook Rd. the driver is self-extricated the truck is fully loaded with brine water.

On September 29 at 8:05 pm. Millerton and Big Elm were dispatched to North Rd. in Jackson Twp. for an accident with 2 possibly injured

On September 29 at 8:12 pm Shinglehouse ambulance was dispatched to Wolcott St. for a person fallen.

At 4:46 PM on Friday, Coudersport ambulance has been called to a person down on Rt. 6 by Sheetz. Unknown medical condition.

On September 29 at 7:34 am Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to West Locust St. for a woman fallen with a hip injury

On September 29 at 6:20 am Kersey Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to Million Dollar Highway and Fairview Rd. for a two-vehicle crash with entrapment one vehicle is on its side.

At 2:28 PM on Thursday, Port Allegany ambulance has been dispatched to the glass plant for a 40-year-old male burn victim.

At 2:25 PM on Thursday, Wellsboro Fire & EMS dispatched to a vehicle crash of a large truck at the intersection of Rt. 287 & Broughton Hollow Road. One injury is reported. A box truck is reported on its side.

At 1:52 PM on Thursday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to the High School for a person to go to UPMC Cole.

At 12:31 on Thursday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Oak Street for seizures.

At 11:04 AM on Thursday, Bradford Twp. Fire & City ambulance have been dispatched to Berva Drive & Woodland Lane for a 2 vehicle crash with injuries.

At 10:20 PM on Wednesday, Emporium Fire Dept. was dispatched to a possible brush fire on the hillside near Tigers Lane & Route 120.
