At 10:49 AM on Monday, Ridgway Ambulance has been called to 101 North Mill for a 59 year old male struck by a vehicle.

At 10:07 AM on Monday, Port Allegany Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 504 Wildwood Drive for a residential structure fire.

Smethport, Roulette & Coudersport also dispatched. Caller reports fire in basement, possibly electrical.

10:20 AM–ALL UNITS RECALLED except Port Allegany. Notify Penelec to shut off meter remotely.

  ***WORKING FIRE***

Just before 6:00 pm, Box 3-2 was struck for the fire in an apartment on West Mill Street in Port Allegany Borough. Chief 320 arrived on scene with a working fire in the rear of a four unit building. Engine 3 stretched a line to the 2nd floor fire while Squad 3 handled the first due special service responsibilities, placing ground ladders, securing the utilities, and performing a primary search. A second alarm was sounded due to possible fire spreading into the common attic, but quick work by first due companies held the fire to the area of origin with one line and the incident was held to the 1st alarm units for overhaul.

On May 14 at 11:34 pm. Galeton Fire Dept. has been dispatched To Canyon Motor Sports to set up a landing zone for Life Flight 4 for a male patient that has fallen down a full flight of stairs. The patient is being transported by Galeton ambulance

On May 14 at 5:44 pm. Roulette, Coudersport, and Port Allegany were dispatched for a house fire at 31 and a half West Mill St. This is an apartment building with smoke showing.

6:00 PM–Eldred, Smethport, Emporium dispatched to assist.

On May 14 at 7:46am. Shinglehouse ambulance was dispatched to North Union St. for difficulty breathing.

On May 14 at 5:03 am. Friendship Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to Howard Rd. for a one vehicle crash with a woman with a shoulder injury.

On May 13 at 9:38 pm. Mansfield fire and ambulance were dispatched to 2013 Rt. 660 for a one vehicle rollover crash with unknown injuries. The als has been cancelled due to no patients being at the crash site

At 4:20 PM on Saturday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Miles Lane in Annin Township for difficulty breathing, unresponsive male. QRS 3 also dispatched.

At 3:40 PM on Saturday, Cuba & New Hudson have been dispatched to a barn fire.

Fire is reported out.

At 1:39 PM on Saturday, Rushford Fire & EMS dispatched to Route 243 & Russell Road for an automatic crash notification from a cell phone.

Nothing found. Returning to quarters.

At 12:51 PM on Saturday, Roulette Ambulance has been called to Sartwell Creek Road for a person ill.

At 10:46 AM on Saturday, Shinglehouse Ambulance has been dispatched to North Union Street for difficulty breathing.

At 10:35 AM on Saturday, Roulette ambulance has been called to Fishing Creek Road for a male unresponsive.

On May 12 at 6:38 pm. Shinglehouse ambulance was dispatched for an earlier automobile accident outside of Shinglehouse Borough

At 5:14 PM on Friday, Tioga, Lawrenceville & Nelson have been dispatched to a wildfire along Rt. 49 near the South Shore Boat Launch. Fires have been set in 3 locations along Rt. 49 possibly from a faulty catalytic converter.

At 4:50 PM on Thursday, Roulette ambulance has been dispatched for a possible overdose.

At 2:30 PM on Thursday, Port Allegany Fire & EMS has been dispatched to the area of 6757 Rt. 155 South for a head on vehicle crash with injuries.

At 10:58 AM on Thursday, Bradford Firefighters have been dispatched to Bradford Forest Products on High Street for a fire alarm.

False Activation. Hold in quarters.

At 9:41 AM on Thursday, Westfield, Harrison & Clymer have been dispatched to a round bale fire in a wagon being towed by a truck at 577 Route 49. Truck has been detached from fully involved hay bale/trailer fire.

Crary Hose Company 

Crary Hose, Clymer Hose, Harrison Valley and Sabinsville Ambulance were dispatched to a vehicle fire along Rt. 49 in Westfield Township, crews arrived to find round bales on a wagon disconnected from vehicle burning. Westfield command added Tri-Town with a tanker, all hands in service for just over an hour.

At 8:40 AM on Thursday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Vo Tech for an eye injury.

On May 11 at 2:02 am. Bradford City Fire Dept. was dispatched to 153 South Avenue for a house fire. This is a second alarm fire of a 3 story family home with flames showing everyone has been evacuated. Bradford Twp. has been dispatched to the scene with Derrick City on standby.

At 6:27 PM on Wednesday, Ridgway Fire & EMS have been dispatched to Grant Road for a motorcycle/car crash with a 52 year old male injured. Patient is conscious & alert.

At 6:09 PM on Wednesday, Blossburg, Liberty, Cogan House & Trout Run Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a motorcycle crash on Rt. 15 Southbound MM 160.

On May 10 at 2:48 pm. Roulette ambulance was dispatched to the 2100 block Of Rt. 6 West for a person hemorrhaging.

On May 10, at 1:50 pm Austin ambulance was dispatched to Songer Lane in Portage Twp. for abdominal pain

At 8:40 AM on Wednesday, Hamlin Twp., Mt. Jewett & Kane ambulance have been dispatched to a tractor trailer rollover on Route 6 on Hazel Hurst hill with injuries & entrapment. Tanker contains oil or asphalt. Large amount of fuel & oil leaking on the roadway. PennDOT notified.

8:50 AM–Smethport Fire Dept. dispatched to assist.

8:55 AM–Driver has been extricated. Smethport RECALLED.
