On May 9, at 10:11 pm. Ridgway Fire Dept. was dispatched for a brush fire in the woods off West Cardott St.

At 3:08 PM on Tuesday, Shinglehouse Ambulance has been called to East Academy Street for altered mental status.

At 1:35 PM on Tuesday, Wellsboro & Mansfield dispatched for barn fire next to a house at 1239 Stoney Fork Road in Delmar Township. Heavy smoke showing. Barn is well involved, nearby house is endangered.

1:47 PM–House is now well involved in fire.

Second alarm: Middlebury, Blossburg & Morris dispatched.

4:17 PM–Fire is out. Units returning to stations.

At 1:08 PM on Tuesday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to North Main Street for a hemorrhage.

On May 8, at 4:52 Bradford Twp. Fire and Bradford City Ambulance were dispatched to 700 South Ave. for a one car motor vehicle accident with possible entrapment.

At 4:17 PM on Monday, Port Allegany ambulance has been dispatched to North Brooklynside Road for a patient with cardiac issues.

At 2:40 PM on Monday, Derick City Fire Dept. & Bradford ambulance have been dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in front of Bradford Notary.

At 12:59 PM on Monday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Doyle Hollow Road for general illness.

At 12:22 PM on Monday, Mansfield Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 310 South Main Street to assist police in a search for a 13 year old male wearing a black hoodie & black backpack who left school & went into the woods at that location.

Drone 50 has been requested to scene.

At 1:10 PM–Police report that the youth has been located. Search dogs requested were cancelled.

At 12:08 PM on Monday, Bolivar Fire Dept. was dispatched to Bolivar Manor for an automatic fire alarm. Responders report nothing showing and are investigating.

At 10:57 AM on Monday, Shinglehouse Fire Dept. has been called to Wildcat Road in Sharon Township for a natural gas leak called in by UGI.

On May 8 at 9:52 am. Mansfield Fire Dept was dispatched to 37 Hemlock Dr. for a structure fire. Smoke can been seen coming from the residence. Wellsboro, and Blossburg have also been dispatched. Update the fire is under control. Galeton dispatched to standby at Wellsboro.

On May 7 at 11:41 pm. Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to Kinley Lane in Hebron Twp. for a person fallen with a possible head injury.

At 5:21 PM on Sunday, St. Marys Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a rollover crash near North Paul & Taft Road. Two occupants self-extricated.

On May 7 at 1:31 pm. Wellsboro ambulance was dispatched to a water rescue at 124 Greenhouse Lane patient was in a pond for over an hour he is breathing but hypothermic. Fire Dept. was also dispatched but later cancelled because the patient was removed from the pond. Air medical is on standby

At 10:43 AM on Sunday, Allegany & Olean Town Fire Dept. & EMS have been dispatched to a motorcycle/truck accident at 2986 Buffalo Road. Motorcyclist is lying in the roadway. Buffalo Road is closed. Mercyflight requested.

At 9:35 AM on Sunday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to North Union Street for chest pains.

At 12:39 AM on Sunday, Clermont Fire Dept., Hamlin QRS 20 & Mt. Jewett ambulance dispatched to 919 Bloomster Hollow Road for a side by side ATV rollover crash with partial ejection.

A 45 year old male was trapped under the machine, but is now out from under it. Responders reporting severe head injury. Air medical checking weather. Hamlin Twp. & Smethport to set up LZ at Rt. 6 & Clermont Road for Mercyflight. Kane Medic is also enroute.

On May 6, at 11:41 pm. Roulette ambulance was dispatched to the 1600 block of Rt. 6 West for a person ill.

At 8:59 PM on Saturday, Eldred Borough Fire & EMS dispatched to the McCrea Brook side of Barden Brook Road for a possible MVA. Automatic crash notification involved.

At 7:43 PM on Saturday, Johnsonburg Fire Dept. has been dispatched to the smell of natural gas in a residence on Terra Cotta Road.

On May 6, at 5:51 pm. Port Allegany Ambulance was dispatched to Lower Grimes Rd. for a psychiatric emergency.

On May 6, at 5:43 pm. Wellsboro Ambulance was dispatched to 3310 Stony Fork Creek Rd. in Liberty Twp. for a motorcycle crash with two patients bike is out of the road. Crash is on Rt 414 not Stony Fork Rd.

On May 6, at 5:30 Coudersport ambulance dispatched to Sweden Valley Manor For Difficulty Breathing

On May 6, at 5:28 pm. Fire Depts. and ambulances from Morris, Cogan House Substation, Blossburg, Trout Run And Liberty were dispatched to Rt. 15 South near mile marker 165 for a two vehicle crash with 3 injuries and one of the vehicles is on fire. Rt. 15 has been temporarily shut down with air medical on the way landing zone is right on Rt. 15. Air medical has been cancelled Two Vehicle Crash

As of 16:04 Station 44 has been dispatched to Keating Township for a Reported Gas Leak. Chief 44-10 (J.Burgett), Engine 44-2 with Lt.44 (S.Foringer), Ambulance 44-7 with Chief 44-60 (T.Orlowski), Chief 44-70 (S.Orlowski) & Capt 44 (A.Bothell) and Patrol 44-24 with Chief 44-30 (S.Hostetlar) has responded. Chief 44-10 (J.Burgett) has Austin Command, confirming active leak. UGI is responding.

At 4:22 PM on Saturday, Germania & Galeton Fire Depts with Galeton Ambulance dispatched to the Rouse Road near MM 120 in Abbott Township for a motorcycle accident with one injury.

At 3:10 PM on Saturday, Ridgway Fire Dept. dispatched to 443 Glendale Road for a out of control brush fire.

At 3:05 PM on Saturday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to the courthouse square for a person unresponsive.
