Troy E. SIMMONS, 54, of Westfield, PA, died Monday, April 6, 2026.  A gathering to celebrate Troy’s life will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the pavilion at the Knoxville Fairgrounds beginning at 1:00 PM.
