* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 513 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 6 miles west of Harrison Valley, or 26 miles northwest
  of Wellsboro, moving southeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
           to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
           likely.

* This tornado will be near...
  Galeton and Gaines around 540 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by the tornado include Ulysses.

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
