The McKean County Recorder of Deeds would like to alert property owners that there is a scam letter going out from Property Records to homeowners that have recently purchased property, asking them to mail $130.00 to Property Records to get your deed. THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THEM.
