Richard Allen Neal, 78, of Little Marsh, passed away at the VA hospital in Buffalo, NY Sunday June 1, 2025.

Richard is survived by his wife of fifty-seven wonderful years: Sandra Neal; two sons: Ricky, and Raymond Neal; siblings: Lynn, George, Phil, Steve, Janet, and Amy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents: Winfield and Dorothy (Hurd) Neal, and a brother: Winfield Neal, II.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA 16901.
