PennDOT – District 3 – 3:30 PM Update: Roads Impacted by Downed Trees or Utilities in North Central Pennsylvania
Montoursville, PA – Motorists in north central Pennsylvania are advised the following roads in the area (listed by county) are closed or have a lane restriction due to flooding, downed trees or utilities. Updates will be sent periodically.
Lycoming
- (UPDATED DETOUR) (LONG-TERM CLOSURE)Route 14 between the ramp to Route 15 to Trout Run Mountain Road (Route 1002) in Lewis Township.
- Long-term closure due to extensive flood damage.
- A detour using Trout Run Mountain Road (Route 1002), Lycoming Creek Road (Route 1017), and Beautys Run Road (Route 3026) will be in place.
- (LONG-TERM CLOSURE) Little Pine Creek Road (Route 4001) between Route 287 in English Center, Pine Township and Route 44 in Waterville, Cummings Township.
- Long-term closure due to extensive flood damage.
- A detour using Route 287, Route 973, and Route 44 is being put in place.
Tioga
- Phoenix Road (Route 3003) between Route 6 and the Potter County line in Gaines Township.
- (OPEN) California Road (Route 4007) at the intersection with Scott Hill Road in Brookfield. (Lane Restriction)
- (LONG-TERM CLOSURE) Canada Road (Route 2025) between Cherry Flats Road (Route 2018) in Covington Township and West Hill Road (Route 2022) in Putnam Township.
- A detour using Old State Road (Route 2022) and Williamson Road (Route 2005) is in place.
- (LONG-TERM CLOSURE) Wattles Run Road Potter Brook Road (Route 4001) at the bridge in Clymer Township.
- Long-term closure due to extensive flood damage.
- A detour using Route 49 and Route 349 is being put in place.
- (LONG-TERM CLOSURE) North Road (Route 4007) between Route 249 and California Road (Route 4007) in Brookfield Township.
- Long-term closure due to extensive flood damage.
- A detour using Route 249, Austinburg Road (Route 4009), and Route 49 is being put in place.
