Bradford, PA – The Pavilion, at Bradford Regional Medical Center (BRMC), a Kaleida Health facility, is excited to announce an open house hiring event taking place during National Skilled Nursing Care Week on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. The hiring event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can explore meaningful career paths in health care and meet a team passionate about community care at this exciting event.

The Pavilion is currently welcoming applications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participants interested in its Nursing Assistant Training Program (NATP). Beyond competitive pay, The Pavilion offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, along with a retirement plan featuring employer-matching contributions.

Along with their competitive benefits package, The Pavilion is offering competitive sign-on bonuses for new hires, including $5,000 for full-time and $2,500 for part-time CNAs, as well as $7,500 for full-time and $3,750 for part-time LPNs. In addition to these incentives, The Pavilion provides premium shift differentials, with an 8% increase for evening shifts and a 14% increase for overnight shifts.

For individuals looking to start a career in healthcare, The Pavilion’s paid, three-week nursing assistant training program offers an accessible and supportive entry point. With rolling admissions, no prior experience required and a 100% graduation rate, the program includes paid state testing and job placement support upon successful completion. Graduates of the program are also eligible to receive the CNA sign-on bonuses.
