Members of the Treble Choir and Choir Too are taking orders or orders can be placed by contacting the Hamilton-Gibson office at 570-724-2079 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or order online and pay by going to hgp.booktix.com and scrolling down to find the size and color of poinsettias and/or planters.
The poinsettias come in a choice of red or white or Jingle Bells, a red, white and gold multi-colored variety. A 6.5-inch pot is $15 and holds one red, white or Jingle Bells poinsettia plant; a 7.5-inch pot is $20 and holds two Jingle Bells poinsettia plants; and an 8-inch pot is $20 and holds three red or white poinsettia plants.
A “Welcome Christmas” planter and a “North Pole” tin planter with evergreens and pinecones are each $25.
The person ordering is asked to provide his or her name, phone number and email address and a check with “Poinsettia” on the check memo line for the total amount of the order to the Hamilton-Gibson Children’s Choirs, 29 Water Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901.
On Wednesday, Nov. 29 between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., the poinsettia and planter orders will be available for pick-up at the Warehouse Theatre at 3 Central Avenue in Wellsboro or will be delivered to buyers.
Proceeds from the poinsettia sale will go toward financing the cost of the Hamilton-Gibson Treble Choir’s Thursday through Sunday, May 9-12, 2024 spring performance tour to the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. On the trip, the fifth through eighth graders will sing in schools, at cultural sites, and explore Harriet Tubman’s underground railroad.
