E. Anne Meehan, 95, of 10211 Regent Cir, Naples, FL, and formerly of Ridgway, PA, died on Friday, May 23, 2025.

She was born on July 27, 1929 in New Castle, PA, a daughter of the late Edward A. and Ellen C. (Lawler) Lynch.

On May 14, 1955, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in New Castle, she married Paul C. Meehan, who preceded her in death.

Anne graduated from New Castle high school in 1947. Following her marriage, she moved to Ridgway PA, where she and her husband owned the Paul C. Meehan Funeral Home until their retirement in 1993. In Ridgway she was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church. Following their retirement they moved to Naples, FL where she was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. In both parishes she was a Eucharistic Minister. In Naples she was a case worker at St Vincent de Paul Society and volunteered at Avow Hospice Treasures. She enjoyed spending summers with her family at Conneaut Lake, PA

She is survived by her children, Kathleen Shilk (Craig Richman) of Largo, FL, Patricia Calkins (Michael) of Johnsonburg, PA, Mary Williams of St. Augustine Beach FL, Michael and Daniel, both of Conneaut Lake, PA and John of Naples, FL. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Michael and Ryan Calkins, David and Paul Shilk, and Alexandra and Julia Williams. She is further survived by nine great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sisters Pauline Elliott, and Catherine Sullivan and brothers Edward Lynch and John Lynch. She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Van Williams.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at St. Leos Catholic Church, 111 Depot Street, Ridgway, PA, 15853, with Rev. David Wilson officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Leos Cemetery

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Krise Funeral Home, 130 Center Street, Ridgway, PA, 15853, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
