RICHBURG, NY—Franklin A. “Frank” Green, 79, a lifelong resident of Richburg, passed away with his
loving family by his side on Monday, April 20, 2026, in the Olean General Hospital, Olean, NY, after a
long illness.
Family and friends may gather from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday, April 26, 2026, and from 12pm to 1pm on
Monday, April 27, 2026, at the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, 118 South Union Street, Shinglehouse,
PA, where funeral services will follow at 1pm.
