Jeff brings a wealth of experience and a strategic vision to the role, promising to further enhance the bank’s operations, direction, growth and service to its communities. His expertise in risk management, financial oversight, and strategic planning will be invaluable as FCCB continues to grow and expand its services.

White joins FCCB with over 15 years of finance and risk management experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Risk Officer, and head of Enterprise Risk Management at Northwest Bancshares, Inc., based in Warren, PA. His previous roles at Northwest include Corporate Controller. Before his tenure at Northwest, White worked at KPMG LLP as Director of Risk and as a Senior Manager. He holds a CPA certification and has demonstrated a consistent track record of leadership and operational excellence.

As COO, White will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of FCCB. His responsibilities will include optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing risk, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive the bank’s growth. He will also play a key role in integrating advanced technologies to enhance customer experiences and streamline internal operations. His leadership will be crucial in coordinating efforts across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, and aligning operational strategies with FCCB’s overall business objectives.
