On August 28, 2026, at approximately 1800 hours, members of the Olean Police Department Street Crimes Unit arrested 55-year-old George Martin of 1125 W State St., Olean, NY, following an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the City of Olean.

Martin was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance – 3rd Degree.

Martin was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
