CARLISLE, PA. Clinton James Baker (Jim), 78, formerly of Wellsboro, PA and Port Allegany, PA, passed away on January 6, 2025.

Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life for Jim on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Sartwell Creek Union Church, 980 Sartwell Creek Rd., Port Allegany, PA with visitation from 1:00 -2:00 followed by a Service of Celebration at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Allen Long officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Port Allegany.
