Jordan Michael Long, 34, of Coudersport passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born July 10, 1990, in Coudersport, the son of the late David Allen Long and Ruthann (Lent) Long of Coudersport.
Jordan was a graduate of Coudersport High School, Class of 2008. He currently worked for Easton Cooper Power Systems, Olean, NY. Jordan attended Sartwell Creek Union Church, Port Allegany, and was a member of Leadership Cattaraugus, Olean. Jordan loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, kayaking, and camping. He also loved riding his motorcycle and was a loving and devoted father.
Jamie A. SMITH, 54, of Wellsville, NY, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Born April 18, 1971, in Wellsville, he was the son of James and Darlene Smith.
A 1990 graduate of Wellsville High School, he was employed by New Enterprise in Alfred Station for 15 years. Jamie was a member of ABATE and a past member of the American Eagles Motorcycle Club.
Thomas F. Dornisch, 88, of 534 Brusselles Street, St. Marys, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
He was born July 12, 1936, in St. Marys, son of the late Alcuin J. “Doc” and Charlotte Myers Dornisch. Tom was a lifelong resident of St. Marys, a graduate of St. Marys High School, Class of 1955, and was employed at Stackpole Carbon Company and St. Marys Precision Homes. He was a self-taught draftsman and worked designing homes and various buildings up until the last day of his life.
On May 13, 1961, in St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Baltimore, MD, Tom married Susan M. Bauer, who survives. They were blessed to share sixty-four years of marriage.
Helenanne Meyer, 91, of N. Ft. Myers, FL died peacefully Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Helenanne was born July 3, 1933, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Frances G. Bohrman Fischer. After marrying Dale Meyer in 1956, Helenanne called Sussex, WI home. In 1970, the family moved to Warren, PA for many years. Helenanne worked at the New Process company, the Warren school district, and for her husband at Finley’s Sporting Goods. She would always describe her favorite job as mother and wife.
It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Deborah Lee (Gall) Quelet, 71, on May 25, 2025, after a long battle with cancer, in Coudersport.
Debbie was born on May 29, 1953 and was preceded in death by her parents, Violet Pearl (Grifith) and George Delemare Gall, and two older sisters, Fay and Marcia. Debbie was one of eight siblings and is survived by: George, Alice, Lucy, Sharon, and Bruce.
She was a loving and adored wife of Stephen Millard Quelet for 54 years, and a beloved mother to Lisa Anne (Quelet) Gandolfi, and a treasured grandmother to Douglas, Mathew, and Holly Widzins. She was born and raised in Baltimore County, MD, lived in Cinnaminson, NJ for 25 years, and Coudersport for 21 years. She became a “great” grandma to Rowen Matthew Widzins on May 9, 2025!
Ruthanne B. Lineman, 86, of Oxford Street, Bradford, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025, surrounded by her family at home.
Born July 9, 1939, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Raymond A. and Lucille E. (Jarrett) Burritt. She was a 1957 graduate of Bradford High School.
On December 21, 1957, in the First Church of the Nazarene she married Edward D. Lineman who preceded her in death on July 23, 2014.
Brian W. Hodge “beloved brother and uncle; avid sports enthusiast”
Brian W. Hodge, 74, of Kennedy, NY, passed away with his loving family by his side, on Friday, May 23, 2025, in Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, Buffalo, NY, after a brief illness.
Born on Thursday, November 23, 1950 in Jamestown, NY, he was a son of Bernard E. and Gloria J. Hettenbaugh Hodge. He was married to Kathie Williams Hodge, who passed away in 2018.

Murray K. McComas died peacefully at the age of 88 on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. He was born in Warren, PA on December 3, 1936, to Donald Emory and Edith Knabb McComas and grew up on Central Ave. in Warren. Murray was known to many for his eternal optimism, sly grin, bone-crushing handshakes, and his penchant for loud pants.
Roxanna L. Wright Marino, 73, of Warren, PA., died peacefully, Tuesday morning, May 27, 2025, at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Home, after an extended illness. She was born August 13, 1951, in Titusville, PA. Roxie was the daughter of Robert and Eleanor Johnson Wright, a native of Grand Valley, PA.
Roxie was a Warren area resident for the past 50 years. She was a 1969 Graduate of Youngsville High School and earned an associate degree in bookkeeping from Bryant and Stratton College of Buffalo, N.Y. Roxie was employed as office manager at the Conewango Club for 25 years and the past 5 years, she has worked at Northwest Bank. She was a member of Holy Redeemer R.C. Church and was a church usher. She was a member of LiveStrong. Roxie was a loving and amazing wife, mother and grandmother, she loved visiting her granddaughter in North Carolina. She enjoyed gardening, especially her houseplants, she believed in and collected angels.
Elizabeth “Betty” Plotts of Coudersport (formerly of Port Allegany) passed away on Memorial Day, May 26, 2025, at Sweden Valley Manor.
Born on January 25, 1934, in Matoaca, Virginia, she was the daughter of Edwin E. and Marjorie Perkins Long. On November 27, 1952, she married Robert Klesa who passed away on July 19, 1954. On July 23, 1955, she married James Plotts who survives her.

Karlie R. Hint: Loving Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister
Karlie R. Hint, 20, of Friendship, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Olean General Hospital after a long battle with cerebral palsy.
Born on September 15, 2004, in Olean, she was a daughter of Joshua Hint and Amber Blouvet Greene.
Karlie was a student of the Belmont BOCES program where she flourished and enjoyed spending time with her classmates and teachers. She loved music, bells, her stuffed Gator, snuggles with her mommy, and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Virginia L. Hoock “beloved wife, mother, and grandmother”
Virginia Lee Hoock, 83, a lifelong resident of Coudersport, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025, in Sweden Valley Manor, Coudersport, after a long illness.
Born on Friday, March 6, 1942, in Coudersport, she was a daughter of Joseph H. and June E. Hackett Boyd. On July 15, 1961 in Coudersport, she married Charles W. Hoock, who survives.

Myers, 99, of Coudersport, PA , from 10am to 11am on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, in the Gathering space of St. Eulalia Catholic Church, 6 Maple Street, Coudersport. Irene A. Mountz Harrold, formerly of Middlebury Center, Pennsylvania, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025 at her daughter’s home in Cuba NY after a brief illness.
Born on May 21, 1931, in Angelica, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of Clarence M. and Anna Berringer Dietrich. In 1955, she married Harry D. Mountz, Jr., who predeceased her on December 19, 1967. On August 27, 1974, she married Paul C. Harrold who predeceased her on October 3, 1997.
Donald R. Godding, 83, formerly of Willow Creek, a resident of Chapel Ridge, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025, at The Pavilion at BRMC.
Born February 25, 1942, in Bradford, he was a son of the late Leon H. and Ruth V. (Strait) Godding. He was a 1961 graduate of Bradford High School.
Don was a veteran of the United States Army.
Don was employed as a truck driver for Kessel Construction, Kendall Refining and later at Warner and Smith Trucking. In 1981 he purchased Whelan’s Bar and renamed it Godding’s Bar which he owned and operated until 1991, he then opened Don’s Place in East Bradford. He retired from the Bradford Area School District as a custodian in 2009.
Dolores A. (West) Broughton, age 84, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Saturday, May 24, 2025. She was born on August 24, 1940 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of the late Myron and Genoa (Thomas) West and was married to William E. “Bill” Broughton.
Robert D. Bowers, 87, of Marienville, PA passed away Wednesday May 21, 2025 at Snyder Memorial Health Care in Marienville. He was born July 7, 1937, in Blossburg, to George Charles and Anna Rebecca (Watkins) Bowers. Robert graduated from high school, and served in the US Air Force as an aircraft mechanic.
John M. Sticklin, 87, of Wellsboro passed away unexpectedly Thursday, May 15, 2025, at home.
He was born February 19, 1938, in Wellsboro, the son of the late Jesse and Ila (Faulkner) Sticklin. He is survived by his wife Janet E. (Obourn) Sticklin.
John was a graduate of Wellsboro High School (Class of 1956). He retired from Dresser Manufacturing and prior to that worked for A&P grocery store. He was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Wellsboro, Ossea Lodge #317 F&AM, Wellsboro, and was active with the Masonic Lodge’s blood drive. He served 23 years on the Wellsboro Borough Council. He currently served on the Planning Commission and the Airport Authority. John was an avid New York Yankees fan and enjoyed hunting, fly fishing, and woodworking.
J. Jolene PITTS, 84, of Punxsutawney, PA, formerly of Harrison Valley, died Tuesday, May 20, 2025 in Mulberry Square, Punxsutawney. Born March 5, 1941, in Potter Brook, she was the daughter of Walter “Pete” and Evelyn Kilbourne Smith.

John R. Carney: Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather
John R. Carney, 73, of Friendship, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Strong Memorial Hospital, after a short illness.
Born on March 8, 1952, in Cuba, he was a son of Harry and Wilma Mitchell Carney. On November 7, 1970, in Friendship, he married the former Kathy E. Kline who survives. In 1980, they renewed their wedding vows at Sacred Heart Church in Friendship.
Calvin L. Grabofski, 94, a resident of Silver Creek Terrace and formerly of Lady Lake, FL., passed away peacefully at Elk Haven Nursing Home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, following a brief illness.
He was born on December 26, 1930, in Johnsonburg, a son of the late Herman and Helen Koppitch Grabofski.
On June 23, 1954, in Ridgway, he married Carol Kriegel Grabofski, who survives. Together they shared almost 71 years of love, laughter, and marriage.
Cal proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked at Sylvania for many years before retiring to Lady Lake, FL. Following his move to Florida, he managed Hughes Supply Company. He was a longtime member of the Lake Lady Methodist Church in Florida, where he was an active volunteer with numerous projects at the church. Even after his retirement to Florida, he still enjoyed spending the summers in Pennsylvania and being close to his family.
