The Port Allegany Rotary Club recently presented Webster Dictionaries to third grade students in both the Otto-Eldred and Port Allegany school districts as part of their annual Dictionary Project. As they have done for many years, the local Rotary Club purchases dictionaries to distribute to local school districts. The Rotary Dictionary Project is a nationwide effort to provide young students with their own personal dictionary. Also presenting dictionaries, but not pictured, is Rotarian Pam Fischer.
