At 11:45 AM on Thursday, Hamlin Twp. Fire & Mt. Jewett Fire & EMS dispatched to 2932 Rt. 219 at Lantz Corners for a vehicle/motorcycle crash with injuries.

On August 16 at 8:47 pm. Coudersport ambulance and fire were dispatched for a three vehicle crash on Rt. 44 North of Coudersport all patients are self extricated with unknown injuries

At 1:15 PM on Wednesday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to Rt. 155 South for general weakness.

At 4:30 PM on Tuesday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Academy Street for difficulty breathing.

At 1:45 PM on Tuesday, Ridgway Fire Dept. responding to 225 South Street for a fire alarm activation on the second floor.

On August 14 at 5:43 pm Allegany NY fire dept. was dispatched to Tim Hortons for an automatic fire alarm.

On August 14 at 5:29 pm. Lewis Run Borough Fire and Bradford City ambulance were dispatched for a one vehicle crash car into a bridge on 91 Main Street in Lewis Run Borough.

At 2:13 M on Monday, Roulette Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 967 Sartwell Creek Road for an ATV accident with possibly 2 injuries.

Two Air Medical helicopters requested to D. E. Errick in Burtville. Port Allegany FD for LZ.

At 1:45 PM on Monday, Allegany Fire Dept & Knapps Creek Fire were dispatched to Nichols Run Road for a motorcycle accident with injuries.

At 1:35 PM on Monday, Shinglehouse Ambulance has been dispatched to Oswayo for difficulty breathing.

At 10:25 AM on Monday, Emporium Fire Dept. has been dispatched to Emporium Hardwoods for a working structure fire. Port Allegany dispatched to assist. Tanker from Austin requested.

County Coroner confirms death of male teen in Penfield fire

PENFIELD– According to the Clearfield County Coroner, a 14-year-old male died as the result of a house fire near Penfield early Monday morning.

The fire was reported on Dr. Lane.

No other details are available at this time.

At 6:50 PM on Sunday, Salamanca has been dispatched to an apartment fire at 25 Jefferson Street, Apartment 6. Bradford City has been requested to assist.

At 6:50 PM on Sunday, Middlebury & Chatham Fire Depts. & Clymer ambulance have been dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash at 819 Shortsville Hill Road. State police report no injuries. Non-reportable. RECALL.

At Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Route 155 South for altered mental status.

At 5:05 PM on Saturday, Jay Township Fire Dept. dispatched to Route 555 for a tree down with wires.

At 8:50 AM on Saturday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Route 6 East for a fall victim.

On August 12 at 7:17 am. Wellsboro was dispatched to 1544 S. Elk Run Rd. for an air bed and breakfast on fire the fire is believed to be out however there is a lot of smoke in the building all residents have evacuated.

At 8:40 PM on Friday, St. Marys Fire Dept. has been called to a forestry road off South Michael Street for a black Jeep wrangler on fire.

8:55 PM–Elkland SAR requested with fire equipment as location is not accessible for normal fire equipment.

9:32 PM–Dispatching utility trucks from Johnsonburg, Kersey & Ridgway to stage at Dr. Hawkins office.

At 8:10 PM on Friday, Hamlin Township & Mt. Jewett Fire & EMS dispatched to Rt. 219, 1 mile north of Lantz Corners for a vehicle crash.

On August 11 at 6:00 pm. Westfield and Knoxville were dispatched for a land rescue near 214 Edgewood Hollow Lane of a 14 year old male who was in a utv accident with serious leg injuries life flight has been dispatched.

At 3:28 PM on Friday, Blossburg, Liberty & Cogan House have been dispatched to a rollover crash of a pickup truck hauling a camper at Route 15 Northbound between MM 155/156 with no entrapment. 4 ALS units from Lycoming County enroute. Two patients are awaiting EMS transport.

At 2:48 PM on Friday, Bradford City Fire Dept. dispatched to 91 Boylston Street for a vehicle into a building.

At 12:34 PM on Friday, Liberty & Cogan House Substation have been dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash on the 19,000 block of Rt. 15 N. Caller indicates no injuries but roadway blocked.

At 12:28 PM on Friday, Bradford & Derrick City Fire Depts. have been dispatched to KOA Speer on Bolivar Drive for a commercial fire alarm.

At 12:25 PM on Friday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to Cole Manor for a man ill.
