At 5:28 PM on Tuesday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Pearl Street for difficulty breathing.

At 4:25 PM on Tuesday, Coudersport Fire Dept. requested to assist PSP with traffic control for a disabled water truck at Robin Lane & East Second Street.

At 9:46 AM on Tuesday, Eldred Township Fire Dept & ambulance 24 have been dispatched to Route 446 in the Bullis Mills area for a one vehicle rollover crash.

At 8:20 PM on Monday, St. Marys Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a 4 wheeler accident.

On August 7 at 4:49 pm Liberty, Blossburg, and Coogan House Sub Station were dispatched to Rt 15 South near mile marker 160 for a one vehicle hydroplaned into the rocks with one person with an als injury

At 1:05 PM on Monday, Otto Fire Dept. & Bradford Ambulance have been dispatched to the area of 500 Oil Valley Road for a vehicle into a tree crash.

On August 6 at 7:31 pm. Lafayette Fire and Bradford City ambulance were dispatched to Droney Rd. for a motor vehicle crash.

On August 6 at 6:53 PM, Roulette, Coudersport and Port Allegany Fire were dispatched to 967 Sartwell Creek Rd. for a structure fire house with flames showing from the second floor. It is unknown if anyone is at home. Upgraded to a second alarm with possible entrapment. Fire Marshal and Coroner requested.

At 4:15 PM on Sunday, Olean City & Town have been dispatched to a vehicle crash on Rt. 16 & Old Rock City Road.

At 3:10 PM on Sunday, Bolivar Ambulance has been dispatched to Sanford Hollow Road for a male fallen down a flight of stairs unresponsive with injuries. Air Medical has been requested to the scene. Fire Dept. dispatched for LZ.

At 1:00 PM on Sunday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been dispatched to West Mill Street for a female fall victim. Possible lift assist.

At 12:47 PM on Sunday, Wellsboro Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 601 Pheasant Hill Road in Delmar Township for a one vehicle crash with one person injured.

On August 6 at 11:25 am. Roulette ambulance was dispatched to Lillibridge Creek for an allergic reaction to a bee sting

At 4:40 AM on Sunday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to Cole Manor for a man fallen.

At 3:30 AM on Sunday, Franklinville & Farmersville Fire & EMS were dispatched to a motorcycle accident. A male & female sustained serious injuries. Route 98 is closed from Laidlaw Rd to Route 16 in Farmersville due to this crash at 3:55 am, Cattaraugus County.

Route 98 has reopened.

On August 5 at 10:18 pm. Roulette ambulance was dispatched to Main St. for abdominal pain.

On August 5 at 9:16 pm Port Allegany Ambulance was dispatched to Rt. 155 for a person fallen. Possible lift assist only.

On August 5 at 8:50 pm. Franklinville and Hinsdale were dispatched to First Ave. in Franklinville for a man fallen from a roof onto concrete. CPR is in progress .

On August 5 at 8:14 pm. for a camper fire on Regal Rd. in Wetmore Twp. There is heavy smoke showing and Two 30 pound propane tanks at risk

At 3:29 PM on Saturday, Coudersport ambulance has been called to the DCNR ATV lot on East Second Street for a person with a hand injury.

At 3:25 PM on Saturday, Scio ambulance has been dispatched to 5249 Coyle Hill Road for a 12 year old injured in an ATV accident. Mercyflight 6 has landed to transport.

At 3:05 PM on Saturday, Coudersport Fire & EMS dispatched to 1001 East Second Street for a motorcycle accident with one injured.

At 12:08 PM on Saturday, Bradford City Fire Dept. has been dispatched to Chu-Lee Gardens Chinese Restaurant at 405 East Main Street for a commercial fire alarm.

At 8:00 PM on Friday, Mansfield Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash at 18624 Route 6. EMS on scene reporting 2 ALS injuries, 1 BLS injury & 1 possible refusal. ROUTE 6 is CLOSED.
