At 3:05 PM on Monday, St. Marys Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a working 3 story house fire at 124 Straub Avenue. More manpower is requested. Unknown if any entrapment.

At 1:16 PM on Monday, EMS has been dispatched to Marsh Creek Road for a 73 year old female thrown from a horse at Covered Wagon Trails.

At 12:40 PM on Monday, Lewis Run Fire Dept & Bradford City ambulance were dispatched to South Avenue for a motorcycle vs. car crash.

At 3:53 PM on Sunday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to West Academy Street for a woman fallen.

At 3:34 PM on Sunday, Roulette Ambulance has been called to Hester Avenue for a patient with an altered level of consciousness.

At 2:22 PM on Sunday, Coudersport ambulance has been called to Cole Manor for a man fallen with a head injury.

On September 16 at 4:20 pm. Mansfield Fire Dept. was dispatched for a land rescue in Richmond Twp. on The Hike & Bike Trail Between Green Bridge and Lambs Creek Rd. for an unknown medical.

At 4:10 PM on Saturday, Blossburg & Liberty Fire & EMS have been dispatched to Rt. 15 Northbound for a 3-vehicle crash just south of Sebring Exit. Recalled-was debris from a previous crash

At 2:36 PM on Saturday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to CARP on the football field for a child with neck & head injuries.

At 2:20 PM on Saturday, Bradford Twp. Fire & City ambulance have been dispatched to 196 West Corydon Street for an automatic vehicle crash notification with no voice contact.

At 2:00 PM on Saturday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to Cherry Springs Road for chest pains.

At 1:51 PM on Saturday, Wellboro & Galeton Fire & EMS have been dispatched for a land rescue for a person with a cardiac condition at the bottom of the stairs at the Turkey Path at Leonard Harrison State Park (PA Grand Canyon.)

At 12:39 PM on Saturday, Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to Highland Lane for difficulty breathing.

At 11:31 AM on Saturday, Galeton Fire & EMS has been dispatched to Rock Run Road for a land rescue of a person with a shoulder injury from an ATV accident.

11:50 AM–Ulysses & Clymer Fire & EMS dispatched to this call in Ulysses Township.

On September 16 at 10:02 am. Austin ambulance was dispatched to Costello Rd. for a woman hemorrhaging.

On September 15 at 8:13 pm. Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to Maple View Lane for a person fallen.

At 4:08 PM on Friday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to North Main Street for chest pain.

At 3:34 PM on Friday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Walnut Street for abdominal pain.

At 11:43 AM on Friday, Mt. Jewett & Hamlin Twp. Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 3118 Route 219 for a 2-vehicle crash.

On September 14 at 7:20 pm. Mt. Jewett Fire was dispatched for a residential fire alarm on Main St.

On September 14 at 7:06 Bradford City ambulance was dispatched to Tarport Drive for a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident with a head injury. Bystanders have reported that this accident is a fatality.

The City of Bradford Police Department is investigating a car/pedestrian accident on Foreman Street. The roadway will be shut down during the investigation. There are detours in place. Please stay clear of the area giving officers room to work. Thank you

On September 13 at 8:15 pm. Mansfield and Blossburg Fire were dispatched to Ensinger Rd. and Old State Rd. for a tractor fire.

At about 7:30 PM on Wednesday, Bolivar ambulance was called to the football field for a ten year old who suffered a head injury in football practice.

At 5:58 PM on Wednesday, Shinglehouse ambulance was called to Rt. 44 South for a woman fallen with a leg injury.
