At 12:07 PM on Friday, Johnsonburg Fire Dept. was dispatched to 215 Clarion Road in the alley for a shed on fire.

At 11:08 AM on Friday, Austin ambulance was called to Costello Road for difficulty breathing

At about 10:30 AM on Friday, Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to Ross Street for a woman fallen with a possible head injury.

At 10:35 AM on Thursday, Coudersport Fire Dept. has been dispatched to South Main Street for an automatic fire alarm. Nothing showing from outside.

At 6:40 PM on Wednesday, Millerton Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 4345 Rt. 328 for a car/deer crash with unknown injury.

At 1:00 PM on Wednesday, Fire & EMS are responding to a head-on 2 vehicle crash on Rt. 21 in the Town of Almond. One female is reported in each of the vehicles. Responder reports occupants are self-extricated with possibly only minor injuries.

At 12:14 PM on Wednesday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Lillibridge Creek Road for abdominal pain. Roulette dispatched.

At 10:20 AM on Wednesday, Bolivar has been dispatched to a vehicle/deer crash on Philips Hill Road near Dug Road. One female is self-extricated with injuries.

On October 11 at 12:36 am Smethport Phoenix ambulance and Port Allegany ambulance were dispatched to Rt. 46 and Fry Drive for a one-vehicle rollover crash vehicle is on its side and possibly on fire all occupants are out of the vehicle. Port Allegany was recalled all units recalled except fire police

At 7:09 PM on Tuesday, Wellsville Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 259 North Main Steet for a 2 vehicle crash with injuries.

At 4:30 PM on Tuesday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Port Motel for a patient with chest pain/difficulty breathing.
Roulette Ambulance was dispatched for this call.

At 4:10 M on Tuesday, Austin Ambulance has been called to Costello Road for difficulty breathing.

At 12:12 PM on Tuesday, Westfield, Clymer & Valley ambulance was dispatched to Gurney Road for a 2-vehicle crash with injury.

At 12:12 PM on Tuesday, Ridgway Fire Dept. dispatched to a fully involved structure fire with possible entrapment at 1163 North Broad Street in Ridgway. Route 219 is CLOSED at that location. Johnsonburg dispatched mutual aid. St. Marys engine requested to scene. Wilcox dispatched to the Brickyard in Johnsonburg to fill tankers.

At 12:08 PM on Tuesday, Salamanca Fire Dept. was dispatched to a house fire at 112 Kent Blvd.

MVA WITH INJURIES
At 0842 Hours, dispatched for a Vehicle Accident Involving 2 Tractor-Trailers with injuries at the above location. Chief 48(Phelps) and Rescue 48-8(w/3) responded at dispatch along with Engine 48-3(w/3) thereafter. Chief 48 was advised by TC911 that there were 2 Tractor-Trailers involved, with possibly Smoke and Fire from one of the units. Upon his arrival, it was deemed that there was only 1 unit involved, with no smoke, fire, or injuries and that the Trailer had become disconnected from the Tractor and disabled the vehicle. Rescue 48-8 and Engine 48-3 arrived, checked for hazards and controlled traffic until taken over by Fire Police. Chief 48, Rescue 48-8 and Engine 48-3 returned once the scene was turned over to Fire Police to control traffic until the vehicle could be removed from the roadway.

AUTOMATIC FIRE ALARM
At 0955 Hours, dispatched for an Automatic Alarm sounding at the above address(UPMC Coudersport). Chief 48-20(Cowburn) was in the area at the time of dispatch and arrived immediately after, reporting nothing showing from the exterior and started his investigation with Hospital Maintenance. Chief 48(Phelps) along with Engine 48-1(w/5) also responded, and upon investigation, it was deemed the trip was accidental, and units returned to service.

At 1:45 AM on Tuesday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Second Street for a possible full arrest.

On October 9 at 8:50 pm. Lewis Run Fire Dept. was dispatched for a possible building fire at Crosby’s on South Ave. in Lewis Run Borough. Lafayette and Bradford Rwp. are on stand-by by all units have been recalled.

On October 9 at 6:08 pm. Mansfield, Blossburg, and Wellsboro Fire and Ambulance were dispatched for a land rescue on S. Elk Run Rd. for a 55 year old man fallen an unknown distance from a tree stand complaining of back pain. Air Medical is en route to LZ.

At 12:29 PM on Monday, Northern Allegany County firefighters have been dispatched to a house fire at 6377 Wiscoy-Mills-Mills Road. Pike has also been dispatched.

At 12:15 PM on Monday, over 20 residents of Cole Manor in Coudersport have been evacuated due to an automatic fire alarm at that facility.
At 12:25 PM–Situation under control. Residents returning to the building now. Turned over to maintenance.
At 7:00 AM on Monday, Port Allegany, Smethport, Roulette & Coudersport Firefighters have been dispatched to fully-involved garage/house fire at 941 Champlin Hill Road with exposures. Caller reports possible entrapment. Garage was collapsed with heavy smoke in residence.
UPDATE: A burn victim was transported to Olean General Hospital by Port Allegany Ambulance after air medical declined due to weather.


At 3:25 PM on Sunday, Derrick City & 2 City ambulances have been dispatched to Red Rock Hill on Bradford side for a rollover vehicle crash with at least 2 occupants.

At 1:32 PM on Sunday, Port Allegany ambulance has been called to Church Street for a fall victim.

Sad day in the 14760. This morning, another Olean landmark – the “Conklin/Mountain House” that is listed on the National Historic Register – burned down. This house was first owned by the Conklin family who established the Conklin Wagon Works that made the horse-drawn wagons used for the westward expansion of the United States. This house is part of this history of Olean and the United States.
I hope it can be restored and that it won’t be knocked down. It’s too important.
