At 11:43 AM on Saturday, Ulysses Ambulance has been dispatched to Hickox-Ulysses Road for a male child run over by a horse.

At 11:34 AM on Saturday, Willing, Wellsville, Whitesville, Andover, Alma & Scio have been dispatched to a report of a structure fire at 1929 SR 19 in the Town of Willing. Responder reports smoke showing.

At 11:10 AM on Saturday, Shinglehouse Ambulance was dispatched to Bell Run Road.

At 10:45 AM on Saturday, Otto Township Fire & TLC Ambulance have been dispatched to a vehicle accident at Looker Mountain Trail near School Street. Bradford City Medic dispatched ALS assist.

At 9:40 AM on Saturday, Friendship Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 6131 County Road 20 for a vehicle crash. MTS on scene reports 2 patients self-extricated.

At 7:20 AM on Saturday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to Woodland Heights for difficulty breathing.

On February 9 at 2:31 am Shinglehouse Fire Dept. and Ambulance were dispatched to 1892 McCrae Brook for a one car crash. The vehicle off the bridge on its side with possible entrapment and possible injuries

On February 9 at 9:23 pm Port Allegany Ambulance was dispatched to E. Cutler Rd. for difficulty breathing

On February at 9:13 pm Kane Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to 316 Hacker St. for a motor vehicle accident.

On February 9 at 7:44 Angelica Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to County Rd. 20 for a one vehicle crash in the town of Angelica. The drive is suspected of having a medical emergency

At about 6 PM, Roulette Ambulance was called to Maple Street & Main Street for patients with difficulty breathing.

At 2:18 PM on Friday, Rew, Otto Fire & TLC Ambulance dispatched to Majestic Trails for an ATV accident. A 33-year-old male is reported to have been run over by an ATV with an ankle injury.

At 2:06 PM on Friday, Shinglehouse Fire Dept. has been dispatched to Horse Run Road for a possible structure fire, believed to be an oil facility, 2 miles off Route 44. Bolivar Fire Dept. dispatched for a grass fire at that location.

At 1:08 PM on Friday, Shinglehouse Ambulance has been called to North Union Street for chest pain.

At 12:20 PM on Friday, Roulette ambulance has been called to Third Street for a person to go to UPMC Cole.

At 7:15 AM on Friday, Rew & Otto Fire Depts. & TLC Ambulance have been dispatched to RT. 46 near the entrance to Majestic Trails for a two-vehicle crash with rollover. Possibly 3 patients. Caller reports a one-vehicle rollover with a second vehicle sliding into rolled over vehicle.

At 7:23 PM on Thursday, Coudersport Fire & EMS was dispatched to 6 Back Road for a car/deer crash with injury.

On February 8 at 4:23 pm, Coudersport ambulance was dispatched to N. Ayers Hill Road for a possible CVA

At 10:15 AM on Thursday, Port Allegany Ambulance was called to Rock Run Road for near syncope.

On February 8 at 5:50 am Bradford Twp. Fire and Bradford City Ambulance were dispatched to a one vehicle rollover crash on Minard Run Rd with entrapment driver reporting heavy bleeding from the the face.

At 7:21 PM on Wednesday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to South Main Street for chest pain.

At 12:02 PM on Wednesday, Coudersport Ambulance was called to Cartee Street for chest pain.

At 11:45 AM on Wednesday, Austin Ambulance was called to McCoy Hollow Drive for seizures.

At 11:15 AM on Wednesday, Port Allegany ambulance was called to North Brooklynside for chest pain.

At 9:45 AM on Wednesday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to Roberts Road for difficulty breathing.

At 5:45 PM on Tuesday, Cuba & Clarksville Fire & EMS are responding to a 2-vehicle head-on crash on Rt. 305 near the Cuba/Clarksville line. One patient is reported still in the vehicle. Route 305 is being CLOSED in the area of the crash. New Hudson dispatched to set up landing zone for two air medical helicopters.

10:05 PM–ROADWAY OPENED TO TRAFFIC.

At 5:20 PM on Tuesday, Cuba Fire & EMS responding to a 2 or 3 vehicle crash on I-86 Westbound at the on ramp. 2 patients are reported to have minor injuries.

At 4:35 PM on Tuesday, Austin Ambulance has been called to Nelson Run Road in Wharton Township for a cardiac emergency.

On February 6 at 3:51 pm Clymer, Middlebury, and Chatham Fire Depts. were dispatched to Chatham Twp. for a wildfire heading for the woods.

Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Stevens Street for an unknown medical.
