At 6:58 PM on Sunday, Wellsboro Fire Dept. dispatched to a pickup truck that is fully engulfed in flames at a pull-off near Hills Creek Lake Road. Caller reports unknown if anyone is inside. Command reports no one inside truck.
At 5:52 PM on Sunday, Elkland, Middlebury, Osceola Fire Depts. & Valley Ambulance have been dispatched to the area of 244 Cross Road in Farmington Twp. for a land rescue of a male who fell about 20 feet from a tree stand and was impaled by a tree branch. Air medical has been requested.
At 4:25 PM on Sunday, Mt. Jewett & Hamlin Twp. Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 1 mile South of Lantz Corners for a land rescue. A 52-year-old male was injured dismounting from a tree stand.
At 2:00 M on Sunday, Limestone Fire Dept. & EMS has been dispatched for a 2 vehicle crash on I-86 Eastbound & Rt. 219.
At 11:40 AM on Sunday, EMS has been dispatched to 7474 Lamont Road in Angelica for a male fallen from a tree stand. EMS has requested air medical on standby.
On November 11 at 4:52 pm Willing Fire Dept. was dispatched to a structure fire on Rt. 248 all mutual aid was canceled as the fire appears to be out
At 2:00 PM on Saturday, Austin & Coudersport Fire Depts. have been dispatched to 69 Nelson Run Road for a structure fire. Reported to be front porch of a camp.
Today as of 13:59 Station 44 & Station 48 (Coudersport) were dispatched to Wharton Township for a reported Structure Fire. Chief 44-10 (J.Burgett), Chief 44-60 (T.Orlowski), Engine 44-2 with Chief 44-20 (B.Brooks), Tanker 44-5 with Chief 44-30 (S.Hostetlar), Ambulance 44-7 with Chief 44-70 (S.Orlowski) and Patrol 44-24 with Lt 44 (S.Foringer) responded.
Chief 44-60 (T.Orlowski) arrived on scene establishing Austin Command reporting fire contained to porch at this time and confirmed the structure was unoccupied.
Engine 44-2 arrived and quickly went to work extinguishing the fire, and checking for extension. Tanker 44-5 arrived and provided water. Ambulance 44-7 staged. Patrol 44-24 deployed manpower.
Station 48 was recalled with the exception of a Tanker which was soon diverted to cover our station.
The fire was held to the porch. Quick thinking and hard work by neighbors who discovered the fire, and quickly went work utilizing buckets of water until our units arrived made a huge impact on the outcome of this fire.
All units were back in quarters at 15:01.

At 12:45 PM on Saturday, Franklinville Fire & EMS was dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash on RT. 16 N with entrapment.
At 11:00 PM on Saturday, Austin Ambulance has been called to Costello Avenue for back pain.
This evening around 17:20 we were dispatched to Daggett Hollow road for a reported car into a utility pole with wires across the roadway. Rescue 46, Em-202, Ut-257 and all chiefs responded. Once on scene crews evaluated both occupants of the vehicle and both refused transport. Daggett Hollow was shut down for approx 2 hours and 45 minutes while crews waited for RG&E to arrive on scene to take care of the broken pole and downed wires. We were assisted with the road closure by Bolivar Fire Department. All units were back in service around 20:30

On November 9 at 10:30 pm Mansfield and Blossburg Fire Depts. were dispatched for a barn fire on Hemlock Hill Rd. in Sullivan Twp. The fire might be out. This was reported by a passerby. After extensive investigation, no fires were found in the area reported.
On November 9 at 8:24 pm Kane, Mt. Jewett, and Lafayette were dispatched to Rt. 219 near West Line Rd. for a high mechanism mva. All ems have been recalled and fire police requested. This crash reported to have occurred at extremely high rates of speed in excess of 100 MPH

At 0940 Smethport Fire Department Inc. was dispatched for mutual aid with Port Allegany for a fully involved structure fire at 1800 Rock Run Road. It was quickly upgraded to a second alarm bringing in Eldred Borough VFD, Eldred Township Fire Department, Roulette Chemical Engine #1, Coudersport Vol FireDept, Hamlin Township Vfd, and Portville (NY).
Crews were still on the scene at the time of this post and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Details will be released later, however, a photo was captured of a cat that was rescued from the structure. The home was a total loss.
