At 10:23 AM on Tuesday, Eldred Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a vehicle into a parked car crash on Main Street in front of the Barber Shop.

On December 12, at 9:18 Pm. Portville and Weston Mills Fire Depts. were dispatched to 47 Brooklyn St. In Portville for a structure fire. All Departments have been recalled

At 8:12 PM on Monday, Kersey Fire Dept. dispatched to 344 South Kersey Road for a vehicle fire.

At 7:56 PM on Monday, St. Marys & Emporium Fire Depts. have been dispatched to Beechwood Road & Cob Drive in Shippen Township for a report of a structure fire. Confirm fully involved structure fire. On scene reporting confirmed entrapment. Port Allegany to Emporium for standby. Port Allegany engine moved to scene. Austin dispatched for standby at Emporium. Air one from Johnsonburg requested to scene.

At 5:26 PM on Monday, Portville Fire & Ambulance have been dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash in front of the Fire Hall on Main Street.

5:57 PM–Roadway is clear & open. One patient being transported by Trans Am.

At 5:06 PM on Monday, Blossburg Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 184 North Williamson Road for traffic control at a 2 vehicle, no injury accident.

At 12:58 PM on Monday, Bradford & Lewis Run Firefighters have been dispatched to Owens Way at Georgia Pacific for a commercial fire alarm.

This morning at 06:04 am we were dispatched along with MTS Ambulance and Almond Fire for a reported MVA near MM 117 West bound, vehicle into the woods. Angelica responded with 50, 2, 6, and 7. Upon our arrival we found one occupant still in the vehicle who was evaluated by EMS and refused transport to the hospital. We were back in service an hour later.

On December 11, at 10:56 Pm. Coudersport Fire and ambulance were dispatched to Rt. 49 East near Mahaleys for a one vehicle rollover crash with entrapment. Coudersport has been recalled and Ulysses is responding. The Patient is self extricated with no injuries

At 7:22 PM on Sunday, Cuba & Friendship Fire Depts. have been called to 5310 Maple Lane in Cuba for a possible chimney fire. Westons Mills requested to send pumper. Hinsdale to standby.

At 7:09 PM on Sunday, Ulysses & Harrison Fire & EMS dispatched to crash at 726 South Main Street in Ulysses with confinement. Report 2 occupants. Vehicle in ditch off roadway.

At 6:32 PM on Sunday, Portville was requested to send their air truck to the scene of a structure fire at 208 West Green Street in the City of Olean. Other area units have been dispatched for stand by at Olean’s Fire Stations.

At 6:23 PM on Sunday, Mansfield Fire & EMS dispatched to a one vehicle crash on Rt. 6 near the Polaris dealer.

At 1:27 PM on Sunday, Hinsdale & Westons Mills Fire Depts. have been dispatched to a cabin fire at 3465 Creek Road in Hinsdale. Cuba, Ischua, Allegany & Portville were also dispatched to this fully involved structure fire.

At 12:44 PM on Sunday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been dispatched to Rt. 155 South for back pain.

At 12:15 PM on Sunday, Coudersport Ambulance has been dispatched to South Main Street for a man ill.

At 9:50 AM on Sunday, Millerton & Big Elm Fire Depts. have been dispatched to Rt. 549 in the S curves for a one vehicle accident.

RECALL-Vehicle has left the scene.

At 9:33 AM on Sunday, Wilcox Fire & ambulance & Ridgway medic dispatched to Long Level Road & Wilcox Road in Jones Township for a tanker vs pickup truck with injuries.

Report one patient with minor injuries. RT. 219 (Wilcox Road) is blocked.

At 9:16 AM on Sunday, Saint Marys Fire & EMS dispatched to a vehicle into a tree near 694 South St. Marys Street.

At 8:51 AM on Sunday, Shinglehouse Fire & EMS has been dispatched to 1/2 mile from 2377 Rt. 44 South for a one vehicle crash. Report 2 occupants. One reporting a head injury. Vehicle on its side in the ditch.

Shinglehouse responded to an earlier rollover crash on the Ceres Road with no reported injuries.

On December 10, at 6:57 Pm. Port Allegany Fire Dept. Was Dispatched for traffic control at the scene of a car vs. deer crash on Rt. 6 West near Freer Rd.

At 3:06 PM on Saturday, Coudersport Ambulance has been dispatched to Rt. 44 North for altered mental status.

At 2:55 PM on Saturday, Kane Ambulance has been dispatched to 3592 Rt. 6 in Sheffield Township for a 2 vehicle crash with multiple injuries.

At 2:42 PM on Saturday, Bradford Township Fire Rescue & City Ambulance dispatched to Minard Run Road for a one vehicle crash with entrapment. Air medical is requested.

At 8:35 PM on Friday, Rew, Otto & Derrick City dispatched to 577 Summit Road for a chimney fire.

At 2:49 PM on Friday, Coudersport Fire QRS & Ambulance have been dispatched to McClatchie Hollow Lane & Route 6 for a person unresponsive in a black Chevy vehicle.

At 2:35 PM on Friday, Austin Ambulance has been dispatched to 2000 block of Rt. 607 for difficulty breathing.

At 11:35 AM on Friday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to Rt. 155 South for a possible CVA.
