At 1:09 PM on Wednesday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Bell Run Road for a person fallen with a hip injury.

At 12:25 PM on Wednesday, Eldred Township Fire Dept & Eldred ambulance have been dispatched to the intersection of West Eldred Road & Prentisvale Road for a three vehicle rollover crash with injuries. All occupants are out of the vehicles.

At 11:14 AM on Wednesday, Bradford City Firefighters have been dispatched to the hi-rise on Bushnell Street for a natural gas leak on the third floor.

At 10:30 AM on Wednesday, Port Allegany Fire & EMS has been dispatched to the area of 824 North Main Street for a one vehicle accident. Vehicle is in the ditch with one patient. Phoenix ambulance dispatched in place of Port A ambulance on another call.

At 10:00 AM on Wednesday, Kersey Fire Dept. has been dispatched to Toby Road for a report of trees down on wires.

The roadway is closed. West Penn is being notified.

At 9:55 AM on Wednesday, Roulette Ambulance has been called to Sartwell Creek Road for a person ill.

At 8:50 AM on Wednesday, Allegany Fire Dept. has been dispatched to a possible structure fire at 3421 5 Mile Road. Westons Mills & Knapp Creek for standby.

On November 29, at 8:31 Ludlow Fire Dept. and Kane ambulance were dispatched to Rt. 321 near Bob’s Trading Post for a two car head on motor vehicle crash.

At 1:32 PM on Tuesday, Coudersport ambulance has been called to Niles Hill Road for difficulty breathing.

At 6:46 PM on Monday, Kane Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 5900 Rt. 66 for a vehicle into a pole crash.

Report pole sheared off. Fire hydrant smashed. Pole & wires down. Roadway blocked. 2 occupants are out of the vehicle.

At 11:10 AM on Monday, Galeton Fire & EMS have been dispatched to Hammond Avenue & Sherman Street for a 2 vehicle crash with possible injury.

At 3:09 PM on Sunday, Bradford Fire & EMS dispatched to a 3 vehicle crash at the intersection of Foreman Street & Davis Street.

At 1:58 PM on Sunday, Mansfield Fire & EMS dispatched to Southbound off ramp to South Main Street for a 2 vehicle crash.

At 12:51 PM on Sunday, Derrick City Fire Dept. has been dispatched to Open Arms Church at 1289 East Main Street for a confirmed structure fire in the basement. Caller smells smoke & sees a burn spot in the ceiling.

At 10:24 AM on Sunday, Roulette Ambulance has been dispatched to 4th Street for a Link to Life activation.

At 6:39 PM on Saturday, Coudersport Fire & EMS have been dispatched to 354 North Hollow Road for a vehicle off the road into a tree. One injury is reported.

Potter-Tioga County Fire Wire

Reported driver struck a deer and went off the road into a tree. Possibly facial injuries, truck off the road

At 5:59 PM on Saturday, Smethport Fire Rescue & Priority Care Ambulance have been dispatched for a land rescue of a 61 year old male pinned under a 4 wheeler after it rolled over near 210 Digel Hollow Road. Air medical requested.

At 5:24 PM on Saturday, Alma Fire Dept has been dispatched to a half-acre fire in the woods off County Road 38.

Potter-Tioga County Fire Wire

Homer Township, Box 48-06, Intersection of Dividing Ridge Road and Dutch Hill Road, Motor Vehicle Accident reported car vs motorcycle with injuries.

Departments 48, 49, Coudersport ALS. Called in by the driver of the motorcycle. Stated he was rear ended by a car and he had his juvenile daughter on the back of the bike. Reporting injuries. Roadway reported blocked at the intersection. Requesting Medevac. Rescue 48-8 to the scene. Engine 48-3 to establish the Landing Zone.

Tioga 911 on phone with Air Medical. Closest helicopter has a 35 minute eta. Cancelling the helicopter.

All units returning. Ambulance 49-17 enroute to UPMC Cole.

At 3:56 PM on Saturday, Wellsville Fire Dept. dispatched to 35 Fassett Lane for a house fire.

At 3:02 PM on Saturday, Harrison & Westfield Fire Depts. dispatched to 805 Plank Road for a tractor fire.

At 1:49 PM on Saturday, Emporium Fire and Emporium & St. Marys Ambulances have been requested by PSP barracks in Emporium for a female victim of a vehicle into guard rail crash 1/4 mile from the Lookout on Whittimore Hill Road. Victim was initially unresponsive, but now alert.

On November 25, at 6:25 Pm. Derrick City and Limestone fire Depts. were dispatched to 1200 E. Main St. in Foster Twp. reported to be a working kitchen fire

On November 25, at 3:49 Pm. Otto Twp Fire Dept. and Bradford ambulance were dispatched to looker mountain Trail for a carbon monoxide alarm with possible sickness

At 1:47 PM on Friday, Otto Township Fire Dept & Bradford ambulance have been dispatched to a vehicle into a pole crash at 508 Main Street. Pole is sheared off.

At 1:39 PM on Friday, Mansfield Fire & EMS have been dispatched to Route 6 near the Valley Road for a crash with a tree on top of a vehicle.

At 11:58 AM on Friday, Blossburg Fire & EMS dispatched to Bloss Mountain Road & South Williamson Road for a crash of a septic tank truck & another vehicle crash with truck on its side. Roadway is blocked. 3 occupants of the vehicles are denying injury.
