On April 25 at 8:55 pm. Limestone fire and ambulance were dispatched to I-86 Westbound West of Seneca Junction for a two vehicle accident with injuries and possible ejection air medical has been requested but unable to fly due to weather. Killbuck fire was dispatched to close I-86 Westbound at the Seneca Junction. Update this was 2 vehicle vs a semi crash and the road has been opened
At 3:47 PM on Tuesday, Bradford Township Fire Dept & City ambulance have been dispatched for a vehicle into guardrails crash at Hedgehog Lane & West Washington Street.
At 3:02 PM on Tuesday, St. Marys Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash involving a school bus on North Michael Street near Farmers National Bank. Car driver denies injury.

At 12:24 PM on Monday, Bradford Firefighters have been dispatched to 198 South Avenue for a residential fire alarm.

At 11:20 AM on Monday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been dispatched to Harrison Street for heart problems.
On April 23, at 9:58 Middlebury Fire Dept. was dispatched to Milk Plant Rd. for an automated alarm the building is being evacuated with nothing showing from the exterior.

After an aggressive search by Wellsville and Allentown units no other occupants were located.
Around 14:30 AVFC units were dispatched with an engine and manpower to the scene of a working building fire in a combination business/apartment building. Allentown crews were directed to assist with primary searches of division 2 by entering the D side stairwell.
It was reported that 1 resident jumped out of the 2nd story window to avoid the fire and 1 was potentially still inside. After an aggressive search by Wellsville and Allentown units no other occupants were located. Crews immediately switched to fire attack and control.
Given the obstacles and conditions crews made excellent work to preserve as much as possible. The occupant who was injured was treated and transported by Wellsville Ambulance to Jones memorial hospital.
9 Allentown members responded to the scene.

At 11:20 AM on Sunday, Portville Fire & ambulance have been dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash with airbag deployment on Rt. 305 near Deer Creek Road. Westons ambulance on standby.
On April 22 at 9:25 pm. Coudersport ambulance was dispatched S. Main St. for abdominal pain

At 2:19 PM on Saturday, Wellsville & Andover have been dispatched to a structure fire in the apartments behind the Kwik Fill. Smoke & fire showing. Trapped occupants jumping from building.

One occupant is being transported to hospital. One occupant is still entrapped.
