Hamilton-Gibson Productions hosts auditions for cast members ages 14 – 35 to be part of the hilarious comedy Puffs, or Seven Increasingly Eventful Years at a Certain School of Magic and Magic written by New York-based playwright Matt Cox and directed by Cody Losinger. The show will be performed at the Warehouse Theatre in Wellsboro during Comic Con weekend, August 8 -11, 2024. 

The play is a parody of the book series by J. K. Rowling, but from the perspective of the Puffs, who were inspired by the Hogwarts house, Hufflepuff. Anyone who grew up alongside Potter will enjoy this funny, fast-paced script with all of the dangerous and adventures of the original, and a clever reimagining of what a wizard hero can be. The Puffs epic journey is both a riot and heartfelt.

Auditions will be in the Warehouse Gallery at 3 Central Ave in Wellsboro on Thursday, May 30 and Friday May 31 at 6:30pm, and
