Galeton Chamber Makes Donations – The Galeton Area Chamber of Commerce recently made two donations to local organizations from the proceeds from the King of the Wing event which was held in May. In photo are Andy Macensky – chairman of the Galeton Fireworks Committee holding photo of past fireworks and will receive the check for $1,000 from Steve Benna – Chairman of the King of the Wing event. Also receiving $1,000 was the 4th of July Parade Booster Club. Both organizations receiving funds are part of the Galeton’s Independence Day celebration being held July 6, 2024. The weekend in Galeton includes the parade at 11 AM, Goodyear Hose Company’s Red Suspender activities held at John J.
