Centre, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Fulton, Franklin and Southern
Clinton Counties in PA…Monroe, Wayne, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Cattaraugus,
and Allegany Counties in NY

* WHEN…Until 6 PM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The combination of strong winds and
saturated ground will bring an increased risk of downed trees
and power outages.
