Sizerville State Park Environmental Education Programs for the 2024 Solar Eclipse
Program Title: Prep for Eclipse
Date: Friday, April 5th
Time: 4:30 – 5:30 PM
Location: Environmental Learning Center
Description: Join the park educator for a crash course on what an eclipse is, how to view it safely, and what to expect on April 8th. Short presentation followed by a Q&A session. Solar viewing glasses will be available while supplies last.
Program Title: Eclipse Watch
Date: Monday, April 8th
Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: Pavilion 2
Description: Want to see the eclipse right here in Sizerville State Park? Sizerville is in the 95-99% range of seeing a partial eclipse so stop by and join the park educator for a general info session as we view the 2024 solar eclipse! Solar viewing glasses will be available while supplies last.

In case of thunder, lightning, or extreme weather conditions programs may be moved or cancelled.
