DESCRIPTION: * WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below expected, especially in southwestern portions of the county.

* WHERE…Steuben County.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
