HARRISBURG – Monday, October 20, 2025 – Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) Chairman Stephen M. DeFrank will speak at the PUC’s 2025 “Berks Be Wise” consumer education conference in Reading, PA – highlighting current issues impacting winter affordability for income-eligible consumers, ongoing PUC initiatives to strengthen Pennsylvania’s Low-Income Usage Reduction Programs, and other key consumer protections.
