Port Allegany High School Homecoming Parade October 10th

The Port Allegany High School Student Council has announced activities for the 2025 Homecoming. Spirit Week is being held all week at PAHS. The Homecoming Parade will be held on Friday, October 10 and begin at 6p.m. The route will start at the Shop s Save and travel from Mill Street to Main Street, turn up Arnold Avenue to the high school and then culminate in the back parking lot by the football field for a bonfire and pep rally. This year’s theme is “A Night in Rio”. The Junior High Homecoming Dance will take place on Friday from 7:00-9:00 p.m.in the auxiliary gym at the school. Tickets are $5 per student and must be purchased at the door.
The homecoming sporting events include a Port United Soccer game vs. Punxutawney at 10:00 a.m. on Gator Field. The varsity football game will follow when the PAHS Gators take on the Otto-Eldred Terrors. Kick-off is 1:30 p.m. The introduction of the court and announcement of the King and Queen will take place during half-time. The Senior High Homecoming Dance will begin at 7:00 p.m. with the crowning of the King and Queen at 7:30 p.m. The dance will last until 10 p.m. Tickets for the Senior High Dance will be sold at the school. No student tickets will be sold at the door.
